925 HALSWELL JUNCTION ROAD – WORK COMMENCES

Envision are excited to announce that work has commenced at 925 Halswell Junction Road. Earthworks commenced on the 22nd March ’21 to allow substructure activities to progress before the winter sets in.

This is the 2nd development Envision Eighty20 has provided PMCM services for Whatever It Takes 2003 Ltd at Waterloo Business Park. This 4600m² dual tenancy facility is subdivided into two warehouse areas 2,222m² and 2,370m². The building has an 11m knee height and two 7m wide canopies. There are two 200-250m² offices which adjoin the warehouse on the roadside gable end along with allocated parking. The Moving Company have taken one of the two available tenancies, leaving the remaining space available for lease. The project is due to be completed in Q4 2021.
