This 3910m² warehouse is accompanied by an adjoining 240m² office block and is located at Waterloo Business Park. The warehouse has a 705m² canopy extending over the entirety of the loading bay area and has an external concrete yard of approx. 1800m². The project was completed at the end of 2020. Tenant Fit-Out was completed in September 2021.
