This is the 2nd development Envision Eighty20 has provided PMCM services for Whatever It Takes 2003 Ltd at Waterloo Business Park. This 4600m² dual tenancy facility is subdivided into two warehouse areas 2,222m² and 2,370m². The building has an 11m knee height and two 7m wide canopies. There are two 200-250m² offices which adjoin the warehouse on the roadside gable end along with allocated parking. The Moving Company have taken one of the two available tenancies, leaving the remaining space available for lease. The project was completed in January 2022.
