Envision delivered the new Hill Laboratories facility at the end of October 2023. The project comprised of refurbishing an existing 2400m² warehouse and ground floor office space and transforming it into a state-of-the-art laboratory and testing facility. The new premises will provide Hill Labs with the necessary capacity to enable future growth and expansion of the services that the business can offer their customers. Envision were involved from the inception of the project and worked with both the Landlord and Tenant to deliver this joint venture.
