Envision has the opportunity to work with The Remarks Ltd to develop this project. The project is a purpose built facility for Cottonsoft.
Cottonsoft is a New Zealand operated and managed tissue converting company, manufacturing and distributing leading brands of high quality toilet and tissue paper products throughout New Zealand.
The building consists of a 10,000m2 warehouse, with 640m2 of canopies, a 1240m2 breezeway and an 260m2 ancillary office.
The warehouse will be constructed from precast concrete panels & metal cladding on structural steel portal frames.
The project has an internal gantry crane and an automatic sprinkler system with 120min storage capacity sprinkler water supply tank.
The offices are a steel and timber framed structure overlaid with a combination of metal claddings, aluminium framed windows and covered with an insulated roof.
The project is due for completion at the end of quarter 2 in 2025
