First Up Suites is a 900m² office fit-out which includes five separate tenancies with shared communal/ amenity spaces. The Client’s vision was to provide additional break-out areas to each tenancy that would maximise the user’s workspace whilst minimizing operational costs.

Envision were involved throughout the project and were tasked with carrying out the fit-out around established tenants on the same floor and below.  The team managed the design process in collaboration with the consultants to provide an attractive office environment which would function effectively for multiple users.

The shared spaces include a boardroom spanning 37.5m² and a 12.8m² meeting room which will be available to tenants with the use of an integrated booking system. The shared kitchen area is accompanied by a breakout and common area.

First Up Suites forms part of the 17 Print Place refurbishment that has been taking place over the last 18 months. The offices are on the first floor above the recently completed Hill Laboratories fit-out which Envision completed on the ground floor the year prior.
