Envision was engaged by Resolute Investments 2016 Limited to undertake the design, project and construction management of a new 1,200m² warehouse/showroom in Hornby, Christchurch.

As part of the brief, Envision had to manage the design process to allow for the future subdivision of the site.

Strong stakeholder management was required during the development due to there being shared site access with an existing business.

Envision successfully managed the construction of the build to allow early tenant access.
