Exciting progress is underway at The Acres—a brand new retail and commercial precinct taking shape at the corner of Halswell Road and Monsaraz Boulevard.
Envision is proud to be delivering Stage 1 of this 4,033m² development, which will offer 20 tenancies in a vibrant, village-style setting. With a proposed mix of retail, hospitality, commercial, and medical tenants, The Acres is set to become a thriving hub for the fast-growing Halswell community.
The structural steel frame for the first building is now up, with foundations and floors being progressively prepared and poured for the next two. Work on the second building’s steel frame is scheduled to begin at the end of June.
