Envision has been engaged by Wyma Solutions Ltd to provide Project and Construction management services for their new purpose built 7800m² manufacturing and assembly hall, 2000m² office complex, associated car parking, and yard area on a new site in Waterloo Business Park.

The main building has a 9m knee height and contains six gantry cranes, plus numerous smaller specialty cranes, dedicated container loading bays, specialist manufacturing equipment along with a single level modern office and staff amenities for the 130 Christchurch based Wyma team.

Construction is due to commence mid 2021 with completion forecast for mid to late 2022
