With the ground works nearing completion for Aspiring Lifestyle Retirement Village’s new assisted living apartments the east wing of the building is now rising out of the ground. 

The first of four floor pours has been completed with the second floor slab to be poured early next week. 

Following significant planning and coordination the first pre-nailed frames have arrived on schedule and have been immediately erected.  The team on site has managed to maintain programme even with the recent snow fall in central Otago which has highlighted the stunning landscape of Wanaka.
