The project involved the design management of the consultant team for the creation of the roading and infrastructure, as well as the architectural, structural engineering and landscaping associated with the construction of the twelve high-end villas in Stage 4 of the development of the village.  Ten of the twelve villas were pre-sold off the plans. Envision has managed the procurement of the contractors and is currently coordinating the construction activities on site.  Construction of the roading and infrastructure is nearing completion with asphalt to the roads to be completed in late March 2024.  As of March, 60% of the floor slabs to the villas have been completed and the first villa is now watertight allowing the exterior linings and interior finishes to be completed.  The villas will be progressively handed over to the new residents during the period July 2024 to March 2025.
