Envision welcome the opportunity to work with Whatever It Takes 2003 Ltd again on the second project at the quickly developing Mania Park subdivision.
Envision has been requested to project, design and construction manage the formation of a dual tenancy warehouse each with their own ancillary office and yard.
Sitting on a 1.182 hectare site, Tenancy 1 has a 2,800m2 yard, 2789m2 warehouse and a 209m2 Office, while Tenancy 2 has a 1669m2 yard, 2788m2 warehouse and a 210m2 Office. A shared carpark sits between the 2 offices.
The Project is due for completion in the 1st quarter of 2024
