New Distribution Centre for Mainfreight at Mania Park

This project marks the fifth development with our client at Mania Park. Located at 23 Quadrant Drive to the south of Main South Road between Hornby and Templeton.

The tenants are to be Mainfreight, a global logistics and transport company which began its operations in Auckland in 1978.

The development includes a 26,000m2 warehouse with a 2800 m3 vehicular canopy, ancillary office space of 500m2 with vehicle access and parking within a landscaped site.

This facility is due for completion in June 2026
