Envision had been appointed by the client to assist with the development of a health precinct in Wanaka to support the increasing need for greater healthcare within the region. The development will include a day surgery, medical consulting rooms, health related retail tenants, a café and 100 parking spaces. As at March 2024 the resource consent application for the development has been submitted.
