The new Kmart at the Northlink retail development in Papanui, Christchurch, officially opened its doors to the public on the 14th May.

Kmart are the flagship tenant in the 2nd stage of the Northlink development and occupy a retail space of approx. 5500 m².

The Northlink developer provided the Envision team with the following tenant feedback:

“The Kmart project team claim that the handover of their premises that we provided them was by far the best handover they had ever experienced”.
