A major challenge? Proximity to High Voltage electricity pylons, which required serious precautions from the outset. Early planning identified the need for a dedicated Earthing System Plan, becoming a cornerstone of the design process.
We’ve tailored everything—construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols—to align with the complex site conditions and stakeholder needs. Navigating this environment has demanded true collaboration, and we’re proud of the coordination, innovation, and problem-solving shown by our delivery team.
