The team on the WYMA project are progressing well with the substructure works out at Waterloo Business Park. This new industrial warehouse will occupy 8000m² of the 2.2ha site and requires over 400m³ of poured concrete to support the superstructure. Over the coming weeks the precast columns, panels and steel frame will be erected which will transform this corner of the park.
