Work is progressing at pace on the new Wyma Solutions premises in Waterloo Business Park with the pouring of the 7,000m2 post tension factory floor. The 850m3 concrete pour was carried out over two consecutive days with tensioning of the strands within the slab currently being completed. Three of the six 8T double hoist gantry cranes are also installed.
Work is underway on the adjoining 2000m2 office area. The structure is now complete and the roof and internal wall framing are now progressing. The project is currently forecast to complete at the end of December 2022 with Wyma transitioning into the new premises in early 2023.
