Envision welcome the opportunity to work with Whatever It Takes 2003 Ltd on what will be the first project to break-ground at the new Mania Park subdivision.
Envision has been requested to subdivide the Lot and to project, design and construction manage the formation of a logistic distribution facility for Strait NZ along with seven unit-titled commercial units.
Works commenced on June 14th 2022 and will be managed by the Envision site team until completion.
The Strait NZ building will occupy a 1.1 hectare site. A 5000m² warehouse will be adjoined by a 350m² office and 1000m² canopy which will cover a significant portion of the overall yard area.
The commercial units are located on the remaining 3700m² site. Several units ranging in size occupy the 1850m² footprint of the building. The units will be fitted-out with kitchenette and WC facilities for their prospective purchasers.
The project is due to complete at the end of the 1st quarter, 2023.
